Ramiro Viramontes
Acrylic Artist
West Covina, California
Artist Statement: My inspiration comes from my daily work creating meaningful social impact change. I develop new ideas and colors for my art projects by retreating to my art studio. During over one million miles of travel from airport to airport, I’ve learned to relax and decompress by creating new art pieces from my experiences.
Artist Biography: Born in Boyle Heights in 1967, Ramiro Viramontes grew up in the city of Bell, and since 1992 has resided in West Covina with his wife. Ramiro is a real estate developer for Turner Impact Capital, a private social impact equity fund that creates educational, multi-family, and healthcare facilities in underserved communities across the country.
